What to do if eSIM installation fails

If the Pronto eSIM is not listed on your phone:

  • Make sure you’re on a strong Wi-Fi connection for installation. 
  • Double-check you have an unlocked, eSIM ready device
  • Reboot your device. 
  • If you're using a VPN (like ExpressVPN, Nord VPN or Surfshark), turn it off.  
  • Review what eSIMs are installed on your mobile phone. Remove any old eSIMs installed on your device if you’ve reached your phone’s limit. 

    If the Pronto eSIM is listed on your phone but not working, complete the data/internet connectivity troubleshooting steps.
