4 steps to Pronto!

Builders, an unlocked iPhone 11+ is required.

Select
  • iPhone (Android coming soon)
  • Display your Pronto eSIM QR code (sent via email) on another device or use a printed copy.
  • Ensure your phone has a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Open your phone camera and scan the QR code.
  • Follow the on-screen instruction to install your Pronto eSIM.

  • Go to Settings and select Cellular.
  • Ensure any SIM listed, other than your “Pronto” eSIM, is “Off.”
  • Ensure your “Pronto” SIM is “On.”
    Return as needed to switch between your Pronto trial and current carrier by selecting a SIM and toggling the slider (green for on, grey for off).
  • Select your “Pronto” SIM and ensure “Data Roaming” is “On” (green).

  • Download the Pronto mobile app.
  • Open the Pronto app.
  • Enter your email address (this same email you signed up with).
    A security code will be sent to that email address.
  • Enter the code to log in.
    Verification is only required the first-time you login on a device.

  • Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned off.
  • Make a voice call to validate you’re set.
  • Click Switch networks in the Pronto app.
    Wait for the Pronto switch confirmation to ensure you’re set.

  • Take Pronto on-the-go and test switching wherever you go—and especially in areas where you’ve experienced poor mobile service.
  • Have fun, and remember to share your feedback. Let’s build better mobile together!
