Pronto Mobile Early Access Offer Terms

What's Included and Who It Applies To

The Pronto Early Access Offer includes our launch Free Access Offers and Lifetime Service Offers. The offer is available to U.S. residents aged 18 and older with a compatible mobile phone. 

By signing up, you join the Pronto Mobile Early Access program and agree to receive emails from Pronto Mobile. You can unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so may prevent you from receiving this offer.

There are two types of Early Access registrants: Founders and Builders.

• Founders: Those who pre-register for a 15-Day Free Trial from the homepage of prontomobile.com during our Early Access Founders promotion. The Founders promotion is time-limited and may be changed or discontinued at any time.   
• Builders: The first 500 individuals to complete sign-up for free Builders beta access (providing contact, phone and no-obligation payment information), using the link provided in our partner’s communication before June 16, 2025. 

As detailed below, select Early Access Offer Terms vary by registrant type. 

 

Free Access Offers

As a Founder, you’ll receive 15 days of no-charge, no obligation early access to try Pronto Mobile. Your trial begins when we email you an eSIM. 

As a Builder, you’ll receive 30 days of no-charge, no obligation early access to test Pronto Mobile. Your trial begins when we email you an eSIM. You will receive an additional 30-days of free service if you actively test the service and complete our 15-day feedback survey by day 20 of your trial. 

For both Founders and Builders:  

• Number porting is available but not required (you’ll receive a Pronto Mobile number with your eSIM).  
• The timing of your free access will be determined by Pronto Mobile and may be granted in waves, based on when you registered, so we can properly manage the expected high interest. 
• Your free access invitation will be sent by email and will include simple, self-serve activation steps and access to Pronto’s support team. 
• A valid credit card is required at signup for any non-plan services such as international calling or international roaming and any resulting taxes and fees. 
• You’ll receive a reminder email 3-days before the end of your free trial. Love Pronto? No action is required; we will automatically move from trial to paid service. Not for you? Easily cancel anytime in your Pronto account or by contacting Pronto. 
  
  

Lifetime Service Offers

First 500 Pre-Registration Offer: 

This offer entitles the first 500 eligible supporters who pre-registered for free Early Access to receive Lifetime Free Service on Pronto Mobile’s lowest-priced plan. At the time of activation, you may choose to pay the difference between plan list prices to upgrade to a larger plan.

Update: As of June 2, 2025 this offer is now closed. The 500 eligible individuals will be notified by email when early access opens.

Founders Lifetime Pricing Offer: 

Founders and Builders not eligible for the First 500 Pre-Registration Offer are eligible for the Founders Lifetime Pricing Offer as published on the homepage of ProntoMobile.com (or at the time of your trial activation if not currently published). 

 

Offer Redemption Requirements (All Offers):

To redeem the First 500 Pre-Registration Offer or Founder Lifetime Pricing Offer, registrants must:

1. Signup and activate their free trial service by the deadline indicated in their early access email invitation and/or trial account communications.  
2. Complete the Early Access Feedback Survey (a 5-minute survey) sent to them by email 5 days before the required completion date, which is the last day of a Founders trial, and as communicated by email to Builders.  

Your trial account will automatically convert to a paid Pronto account using the plan and credit card you selected when setting up your trial. To port your current mobile number to Pronto, contact our team. 

 

Maintaining Eligibility (All Offers):

To maintain eligibility for the First 500 Pre-Registration Offer or Founder Lifetime Pricing Offer, customers must:

1. Remain subscribed to Pronto Mobile every month. Or, in the case of First 500 customers, actively use their Pronto Mobile service every month. 
2. Maintain a valid credit card on file and remain in good standing by making on-time payments for any applicable charges, including discounted plan costs, taxes, fees, and additional services such as international calling or roaming.
   
   

General Terms

The Pronto Early Access Offer is provided by Best Networks, Inc. for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Offers cannot be applied retroactively, combined with other promotions, or transferred. Additional charges, including those for international calling, roaming, taxes, and fees, are not included in the offer. Free Lifetime Service is subject to Pronto Mobile’s continued operation, standard fair use policies, and an active, uninterrupted monthly subscription in good standing. 

All other Pronto Mobile policies apply, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time without notice. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by the most current versions of these policies as published on prontomobile.com.
