Pronto Builders program

Pronto Builders are a huge part of how we got here today! A passionate group of mobile technology enthusiasts who participate in the CoverageMap.com community—they are the perfect group of individuals to put Pronto to the test. They’ve been with us since October 2025 and we’re grateful that so many continue on helping us continue to build and raise the mobile reliability bar. 

Participation in our Pronto Builders program is now closed. To maintain free Builders access, you must: 

  • Actively use your Pronto Builders service (aim for weekly meaningful use) 
  • Complete our monthly check-in surveys 
  • Be part of our Builders Discord channel 
  • Promptly report any issues experienced (with lots of detail—like time, date, location, screenshots)
  • Maintain a valid US credit card on file 

Pronto may discontinue the Builders program at any time with 15 days notice. Builders will have the option to continue service with Pronto, with choice of any published Pronto plan at the published Founders prices at the time they became a Builder. Founders terms will apply.
