Best Networks Inc. Terms of Service

In addition, you can share details of your assets with trusted individuals using the native sharing functionality on your device.

Additionally, note that the app is currently offered under a free-use license, with potential future changes to a freemium model.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your Pronto Mobile account and right to use our website or services and these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware. While our primary audience is in the United States, the app is accessible worldwide due to unrestricted app store distribution.
