Our Pronto’s Founders offer is our way of saying thank you for your trust, rewarding our earliest subscribers with our very best offer—Founders pricing for life! 

Everyone who pre-registered at prontomobile.com prior to our launch will be sent an early access invitation for a free 15-day trial and if they love Pronto, they’ll have the opportunity to subscribe to the Pronto plan of their choice at our lowest Lifetime Founders prices. 

Didn’t pre-register? We’ve got some good news. We are new! Our plan is to keep our Lifetime Founders pricing around until we’re humming. But don’t delay—Founders prices won’t last long and are subject to change without notice. 

Full offer details are available here, but here are the key details, you must: 

• reside in the United States 
• provide a valid US credit card  
• start your 15-day free trial by the deadline communicate in your Pronto email invitation 
• actively use your 15-day free trial 
• complete the feedback survey prior to trial end 

Pronto is responsible for sending the email invitation, if the provided email was valid. Pronto is not responsible for delivery and receipt of the email invitation. 

You’ll receive a reminder 3 days before your trial ends with a link to cancel Pronto (we hope you won’t!). If you don’t cancel, you’ll seamlessly rollover to Pronto service at Founders rates. 

Founders may upgrade their plan at any time at a monthly discount for life off the then published plan rates equal to the currently published price of their plan less their Founders price for the same plan. Downgrades will not be allowed. 

To maintain Founders pricing, customers must actively use their Pronto Mobile service every month, continue to reside in the United States, maintain a valid US credit card on file, and remain in good standing by making on-time payments for applicable charges.
