Port your number
Self-serve number porting to Pronto is coming soon in your my.prontomobile.com account. Until then, simply call us at 1-800-654-3099 or submit your inquiry online. We will need:
- The 10-digit mobile number you wish to transfer
- The name of the carrier you are leaving.
- The name registered on the account.
- The account number assigned by your current carrier.
- A special PIN (Transfer PIN, Port-out PIN, Account PIN), separate from your voicemail or general account password, used specifically for number transfers. You may need to contact your provider or login to your account on the carrier’s website or mobile app to get this PIN.
- The address associated with your current account exactly as it appears on your bill.
While we'd be sad to see you go—if you're on a paid Pronto Mobile plan, you can port your Pronto number to the carrier of your choice. We're here to help if needed.
If you're taking advantage of our free 15 day trial program, we provide you with a temporary Pronto Mobile number for testing purposes. You can keep it if you stay, but otherwise, we hold on to these numbers for our trial number inventory. You can learn more in our terms.
