Port your number to Pronto
Self-serve number porting is coming soon in your my.prontomobile.com account. Until then, simply call us at 1-800-654-3099 or submit your inquiry online. We will need:
- The 10-digit US mobile number you wish to transfer
- The name of the carrier you are leaving.
- The name registered on the account.
- The account number assigned by your current carrier.
- A special PIN (Transfer PIN, Port-out PIN, Account PIN), separate from your voicemail or general account password, used specifically for number transfers. You may need to contact your provider or login to your account on the carrier’s website or mobile app to get this PIN.
- The address associated with your current account exactly as it appears on your bill.
