First 500 program

Our First 500 offer closed July 2, 2025. This program entitled the first 500 individuals who pre-registered for Pronto to Lifetime Free Service on Pronto Mobile’s lowest-priced plan (Starter 5). 

In January 2026, eligible First 500 recipients were notified of their eligibility and reminded of program requirements. Most notably, the requirement to: 

• reside in the United States 
• provide a valid US credit card (in case of plan upgrade, use of add-on services, applicable fees and taxes)  
• start their 15-day free trial within 5 days of when Pronto sent the email invitation 
• actively make use of their 15-day free trial 
• complete the feedback survey prior to trial end 

All eligible First 500 recipients were sent invites by end February 2026. Pronto is responsible for sending the email invitation, if the provided email was valid. Pronto is not responsible for delivery and receipt of the email invitation. 

First 500 customers may upgrade their plan at any time at a $10 per month discount for life to the then published plan rates (reflective of the $10 per month value provided to First 500 customers versus the then published special Founders pricing). Downgrades will not be allowed. 

To maintain First 500 service, customers must actively use their Pronto Mobile service every month, continue to reside in the United States, maintain a valid US credit card on file, and remain in good standing by making on-time payments for any applicable charges (e.g., plan upgrades, purchase of additional services such as international calling or roaming, taxes and fees).
