Signing up for your free trial:

  • Ensure you have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device.
  • Click the link in your free trial invitation sent to you by email.
  • Select the Starter 5 plan available on a 15-Day Free Trial basis. 
  • Enter your contact, payment and phone details. 
  • At the prompt, download the Pronto Mobile app for iOS or Android.

Set up Pronto up on your phone (5 minutes):

  • Scan the QR code sent to you by email after trial sign up to install your eSIM sent to you by email.
  • Open the Pronto Mobile app and enter your Pronto phone number (sent by email within 5 minutes of signup).
  • Check your text messages for the security code to complete sign in.
  • Follow the simple in-app onboarding steps.

Put Pronto to the test:

  • Use the “Switch networks now” button in the mobile app to see for yourself that Pronto delivers the Big 3 networks with real-time switching. 
  • Track your connection quality and switching history with Pronto’s transparent in app reporting. 
  • Do all the regular phone stuff: text, call, browse your favorite websites, and more.

Keep your current mobile service while you trial Pronto:

  • The Pronto Mobile app includes simple set up steps, including instructions for how to easily move between your Pronto service and your current carrier service. 

At the end your trial:

  • Love Pronto? You're all set to begin monthly service on the Starter 5 plan. You can also port your number or upgrade to the plan of your choice, at lifetime Founders prices. But hurry, Founders pricing won’t last long! 
  • Not for you? No problem. Simply cancel before your trial ends—in your my.prontomobile.com account or by contacting us. We'll also remind you 3 days before your free service ends. 

Prefer to skip the trial and switch to Pronto right away? 

No problem! Simply choose the plan of your choice at sign up. And, if you ever want to change your Pronto plan in future, you can do so easily in your my.prontomobile.com account.
