15-Day Free Trial terms

We get it. One plan, all the major mobile networks, with real-time switching to the best available connection—sounds too good to be true! That's why we offer a free, no-obligation 15-day trial. Here's everything you need to know before you put Pronto to the test. 

Who can try Pronto

The 15-Day Free Trial is available to US residents 18 years old and older. You'll need a valid US credit card, an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone 

What's included in your free trial

Your 15-day free trial includes the full Pronto nationwide experience — access to the big threeUS mobile networks with automatic, real-time switching to the best available network — with 100 US talk minutes, 100 US text messages, and 5 GB of high-speed data.

Unlike our paid Starter 5 plan which includes unlimited data (subject to fair usage) after your 5 GB of high-speed data is consumed—the trial plan is hard-capped at 5 GB of high-speed use. International service add-ons are also not available during your trial. 

How trial start works

Sign up at prontomobile.com. Immediately after signup, we'll email you your Pronto eSIM—complete with simple, step-by-step setup instructions. This marks the start of your 15-day trial. Your credit card will not be charged during the trial period. 

 

How trial end works 

To become a Pronto subscriber, no action is required. Your trial will automatically roll over to a paid Starter 5 plan, and you will be charged $10 upfront for your first month of service. You can upgrade at any time in your my.prontomobile.com account or by contacting our team

Not for you? Simply login to your my.prontomobile.com account contact our team before your trial ends to cancel your service, and your credit card will not be charged. 

 

Steps we take to make your trial worry-free 

Keep your current carrier while you try Pronto: You’ll receive a Pronto phone number so you can test talk and text. We’ll show you how to do just that and how to easily move between plans. And, for more recent models, we’ll even show you ways to set up your phone so you can fully test Pronto while ensuring you don’t miss a call or text sent to your current carrier number. 

Real people and digital support: 24x7, digital support is at your fingertips —including step-by-step setup guide and with powerful AI technical support should you need it. Prefer real-person support? Our team is here weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm ET at 1-800-654-3099. We’ll help you get set up in minutes.  

Peace of mind trial’s end reminder: Managing work-life is busy enough so here’s one less thing to worry about—3 days before your trial ends we’ll send you a reminder by email with your options, including a cancellation link. Note, you can unsubscribe at any time from our email communications. That said, we recommend you remain subscribed during your trial  so you receive this and other important email communications.

Prefer to skip the trial? 

We have lots of folks that know others that have tested Pronto and immediately port their number to Pronto!  We love that. Simply choose the Power 15, Pro 30 or Premium 50 plan at signup. Or, sign up for the 15-Day Free Trial and immediately after or once you’ve used up your trial plan allowance, login to your my.prontomobile.com account and change your plan to your choice of our Power 15, Pro 30 or Premium 50 plan. 

 

General Terms

The 15-Day Free Trial is provided by Best Networks, Inc. (doing business as Pronto Mobile) for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. The offer can't be applied retroactively, combined with other promotions, or transferred. Trials are limited to one per person except unless approved, and arranged in advance, by contacting our team. We reserve the right to cancel your trial service for any reason.  Additional charges (international calling, roaming, taxes, fees) aren't included. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
