Login and use of the Pronto Mobile app

  • Login: In the Pronto Mobile app, select “SMS” and enter your Pronto phone number or “email” and enter the same email address you used to sign up for Pronto.  Then click “Send Verification Code”. A verification code will be sent to you accordingly.
  • Set up: Phone setup takes less than 5 minutes but each step is essential for your Pronto Mobile service to work as expected. Upon mobile app login, we will provide you with a short list of must-do set up steps. Complete one step at a time and mark it as complete in the app before proceeding to the next step. 
    • If you close the onboarding check list before completing each step, be sure to finish the remaining steps using the setup prompt on the home screen of the Pronto app. 
    • If you close the onboarding check list after completing each step but later need to verify your set up, you can access it by selecting Account > Set up. 
  • Home: Easily find your phone number, initiate an on-demand network switch, and track your data usage on the Home screen. 
  • Insights: Automatic network switching is recommended but on-demand switching gives you the ability to manually switch networks if you prefer. Note that manual switches can be requested only once every three minutes. Information on your recent connection quality and network switch events is also provided, with additional reporting insights coming soon. 
  • Voice: Make outbound calls, see your call log, and manage your voicemail from the Voice tab of the app. For a better calling experience, follow these instructions to set Pronto as your default calling app.
