Set Pronto as your default phone app

If you can make calls using the Pronto Mobile app, but not by clicking on a contact or a recent call, then you must set Pronto as your default calling app:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps, tap “Calling.” Choose Pronto Mobile from the list. 
  • Samsung: Go to Settings > Apps > Choose Default Apps > Phone app. Choose Pronto Mobile from the list. 
  • Google: Go to Settings > Apps > Choose Default Apps > Phone app. Choose Pronto Mobile from the list. 
  • Other Android phones: Go to Settings > Apps (or Apps & Notifications) > Default Apps (or “Advanced” then “Default apps”) > Phone app. Choose Pronto Mobile from the list. 

NOTE: The Pronto Mobile app must be installed. If you can’t find the Phone app, use the Settings search bar and search for “default apps.” If you need to get the Pronto Mobile app, you can download it here for iOS and here for Android.
