How to check if you're connected to Pronto
Once you’ve completed setup, the easiest way to test your connection is to turn off Wi-Fi and give it a try!
- Send a text message to a friend and ask them to reply. If you’re trialing Pronto, in the message be sure to let your friend know it’s you as the message will come from your Pronto phone number.
- Call that same friend that’s now aware you’re trying Pronto and using a different number.
- Test your data by visiting your favorite messaging app, social media site, or website to ensure everything loads.
