During sign up you provided a valid US credit card so you are set to automatically move to a paid Starter 5 plan. But don’t worry—we’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends with a cancellation link, just in case Pronto is not the right choice for you.
Want to upgrade your Pronto plan? Great! Log in to your account at my.prontomobile.com or call us at 1-800-654-3099 to change your Pronto Mobile plan. Soon, you’ll also be able to change your Pronto Mobile service in the mobile app.
