August 20, 2026 Upgraded Pronto eSIM
We're upgrading Pronto on Day, August 20, 2026 to deliver faster connectivity, quicker network switching, and the option to switch on demand to the network of your choice!
After the upgrade, customers must install a new Pronto eSIM.
-
The upgrade will take up to three hours (but likely just one hour). We'll email you as soon as it's complete and your new eSIM is ready to install.
-
From the start of the upgrade until you install your new eSIM, you won't be able to send or receive text messages. Your Pronto data and calling will continue to work for a 48-hour grace period.
-
Your phone number, plan, renewal date, and payment information will stay exactly the same. 🚀 You'll still have access to the Big 3 networks with real-time switching—just faster, with new switching controls.
