Your billing cycle
Your Pronto plan is on a monthly billing schedule and is billed the same day of every month, and is determined by the day of the month when you became a paying Pronto customer (thank you for your business!). On this day, we will automatically charge your credit card on file for the upcoming month of service.
If you change your plan, or subscribe to a monthly add service, we will prorate the service fee for your first month to reflect the number of days you were subscribed, charging your credit card that day for any incremental fees or applying a credit to your account towards your next month of service.
At the time of purchase of a one-time add-on service, your credit card will be charged the full amount.
Customers who start paid service on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, will be billed on that day if it exists in the current month. If that day does not exist in the current month, you will be billed on the next closest day in the same month. For example, if your billing date is the 31st, you will be billed on the 30th of November. In February, you would be billed on the 28th (or 29th if it’s a leap year!)
