What is the Pronto Mobile refund policy

15-Day Free Trial—Cancel or Continue with Pronto

  • 15-Day Free Trial — When you activate a 15-day free trial, no credit card charge is made during this period. Your payment information is collected at signup solely to activate service — you will not be billed until your trial ends.
  • Trial Cancellation — You may cancel at any time during your 15-day trial at no cost. To cancel, contact Pronto Mobile customer support at help@prontomobile.com or 1-800-654-3099. Cancellations made before the trial period ends will not result in any charge.
  • Trial End Reminder — We will email you 3 days before your trial ends reminding you of the upcoming charge and your cancellation options. You must stay subscribed to Pronto emails to ensure you receive this email.
  • First Monthly Billing — If you have not cancelled your Pronto service by day 15 of your free trial, the next day your plan will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged for your first month of service. This charge is non-refundable—we’ve worked hard to be transparent and ensure you are aware of the upcoming charge.

General Refund Information

  • Monthly Plan Charges — All Pronto Mobile monthly plan fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable. This applies to your first month following the free trial and all subsequent months.
  • Billing Adjustments — If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us immediately at  help@prontomobile.com or 1-800-654-3099. Verified billing errors will be refunded to your original payment method within 1 business day and may take 2-3 days to be reflected on your credit card.
  • Corrections for Billing Adjustments — For customers continuing with Pronto, Pronto will apply a credit to their customers next month of service. For customers cancelling their Pronto service, Pronto will issue a refund to the credit card on file for any required billing adjustment.
  • Concerns — If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact Pronto Mobile directly before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Reaching out to us directly is the fastest path to resolution.
