Using the Pronto Mobile app

The Pronto Mobile app is available for download for iOS and Android. A free Pronto trial account or an active Pronto service plan is required to use the app.

To login, simply enter the same email you used to sign up for Pronto. We'll email you a security code to use to complete your first sign in and from time to time for security purposes.

The mobile app provides:

• A step-by-step setup wizard
• An on-demand network switching button
• Signal quality and network switch insights 
• Quick access to your plan and data usage
• Calling services including voicemail management
• A help center
