Texting with Pronto

Use your iOS or Android standard messaging app to send and receive text messages as you always do.

To send and receive iMessages on the iPhone: 

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Messages and confirm your Apple ID email is checked under "Send & Receive" 
2. Ensure that your Apple ID email is checked under “Start a New Conversation From”
3. Ensure your device is updated
4. Ensure that the date and time are set to automatic.

NOTE: MMS picture messaging support is scheduled for available end of October 2026. RCS messaging support is a planned enhancement for early 2027.
