Pronto Voicemail

Your Pronto Mobile phone number comes with standard voicemail service. 

Accessing your Voicemail
Checking your voicemail is as simple as dialing 5001 using your Pronto phone number and then entering your voicemail PIN. 

Default Voicemail PIN
By default, your voicemail PIN is the last 4-digits of your phone number.  You can change your PIN anytime using the voicemail system.

The Voicemail Menu
The voicemail system uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR), which means the system will speak to you and you will respond by pressing a number on your dialpad.

Here are the options for the most common voicemail features:

  • Option 1 and 2 are for listening to new or saved messages respectively.
  • Option 5 is where you change your Voicemail PIN.
  • Option 6 lets you record a custom greeting.
