Pronto Voicemail

The Pronto Mobile app comes complete with visual mail support, ready to go. In addition, standard Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is available.

From the Pronto Mobile app:

  • Access all your voicemail messages by selecting Voice > Voicemail
  • Vies all received voicemails by date, time with the caller name or number displayed.
  • Select a voicemail message and then tap the desired command: listen to it, call back, download, or delete.
  • Prefer to personalize your voicemail greeting? Follow the IVR steps below.

Using the Pronto’s IVR voicemail service:

  • Access your voicemail by dialing 5001 using your Pronto phone number and then entering your voicemail PIN.
  • Your default voicemail PIN is the last 4-digits of your phone number by default. You can change your PIN anytime using the voicemail system.
  • The most common IVR voicemail menu features are:
  • Option 1 and 2 are for listening to new or saved messages respectively.
  • Option 5 is where you change your Voicemail PIN.
  • Option 6 lets you record a custom greeting.
