Pronto international service terms

In addition to the standard Pronto terms of service, these terms apply to Pronto apply to International Voice, Messaging and Roaming Services. 

An paid Pronto plan is required to purchase add-on International Services. International data roaming is available for $7.50 in many but not all countries—it is your responsibility to check before you travel here. Service (including 1 GB of data) is available for 24 hours from activation. Speeds, coverage and device compatibility vary based on location and roaming partners’ networks. While we work hard to ensure you’re connected to a leading international mobile operator, Pronto Mobile is not responsible for their service or service quality. Usage is rounded up to the nearest MB each session. Limit 2 passes per 24 hours. Activating a new pass terminates any remaining value of prior pass. International rates and destinations are subject to change without notice. Calls and text to the United States are always free. International text and calling rates apply when in the United States or any other country where Pronto offers service. For clarify, a calling a Paris number while in Paris would be charged as an International call. Check here for the latest rates and information. In some countries, Pronto may have interconnectivity with some but not all mobile carriers. Calls or texts to numbers of unsupported carriers will fail—and will not be charged.
