Pronto Caller ID

Inbound Calls (People calling you) We automatically check a national database to identify who is calling you. If the caller’s name is listed in the public directory, we display it on your phone. If their name isn't listed (common with some mobile carriers), you will simply see their phone number or city.

Outbound Calls (You calling others) We publish your name to the national registry so it is available to other carriers (not the same as a public directory). However, the final display depends on the receiving carrier. If the person you are calling uses a carrier that doesn't check the registry (which often happens with cell phones), they may only see your number and location.
