You can easily cancel Pronto at any time. Simply log in to your account at my.prontomobile.com or call us at 1-800-654-3099 to cancel your Pronto Mobile service. Soon, you’ll also be able to cancel your Pronto Mobile service in the mobile app.

3 days before your trial ends, we’ll send you a reminder confirming how to cancel your Pronto service, with a link to do just that.
