How to cancel before your trial ends (or anytime)

You can easily cancel Pronto at any time. Simply:

1. Complete the email verification step to log in to your my.prontomobile.com account.

2. Scroll down to eSIMs. 

3. Click Manage under the eSIM with the plan you wish to cancel. 

4. Scroll down and click Cancel subscription. 

Alternatively, call us weekdays from 9-6 pm eastern at 1-800-654-3099 and we'll cancel your Pronto Mobile service for you. 

Currently on a free Pronto Mobile Trial plan? Rest assured, 3 days before your trial ends, we’ll send you a reminder confirming how to cancel your Pronto service, with a link to do just that.
