To hotspot your phone using your Pronto plan mobile data, ensure you have set te

On iPhone iOS:

  • One-time setup: Settings > Cellular > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > Cellular Data Network > Personal Hotspot > set the APN field enter link.us and leave username and password blank. 
  • Enabling hotspot: Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot > Allow Others to Join (toggle on). Set a password if prompted. Your phone will create a hotspot network using your Pronto mobile data that other devices can join.
On Samsung Galaxy: 
  • One-time setup: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > tap Access Point Names > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > tap APN type and ensure that default,mms,dun is entered > enter link.us in the APN field and leave username and password blank > Save. 
  • Enabling hotspot: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot (toggle on). Tap to view/change your hotspot name and password. Your phone shares your Pronto mobile data with connected devices.
On Google Pixel:
  • One-time setup: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > tap Access Point Names > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > tap APN type and ensure that default,mss,dun is entered > enter  link.us in the APN field and leave username and password blank > Save.
  • Go to Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Hotspot (toggle on). Configure your hotspot name and password. Other devices can connect to use your Pronto mobile data.
On other Android phones: 
  • One-time setup: Settings > Network & Internet (or Mobile Network) > SIMs (or Mobile Networks) > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > tap Access Point Names > select your Pronto Mobile eSIM > tap APN type and ensure that default,mss,dun is entered > enter link.us in the APN field and leave username and password blank > Save.
  • Go to Settings > Network & internet (or Connections) > Hotspot & tethering > Hotspot (toggle on). Set up your hotspot name and password. Connected devices will use your Pronto mobile data.
Note: Ensure Pronto is set as your data connection. Data used by connected devices counts against your monthly Pronto data allowance.
