Change your Pronto plan
It's easy to change your Pronto plan. Simply:
- Login to your https://my.prontomobile.com/ account
- Navigate to My Services and select View and Manage
- Hover over the More Actions down down menu
- Select Update plan to move to a different Pronto Mobile monthly plan
- Select Cancel to cancel your Pronto service (we're sad to see you go! You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email with a link to a 2-minute survey. We'd appreciate your feedback to help us learn and improve).
