Change your Pronto plan

It's easy to change your Pronto plan. Simply: 

  1. Login to your https://my.prontomobile.com/ account 
  2. Navigate to My Services and select View and Manage 
  3. Hover over the More Actions down down menu 
    1. Select Update plan to move to a different Pronto Mobile monthly plan 
    2. Select Cancel to cancel your Pronto service (we're sad to see you go! You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email with a link to a 2-minute survey. We'd appreciate your feedback to help us learn and improve).
