Change your Pronto plan

It's easy to change your Pronto plan. Simply:

1. Login to your https://my.prontomobile.com/ account
2. Scroll to eSIMs
3. Click the Manage button under the eSIM plan plan you want to change
4. Scroll down to Change plan
5. Select your new plan

NOTE: Your upcoming payment will reflect a credit for your current plan and charge for the new plan. Your billing schedule will not change. If you selected a larger plan, you will be charged immediately for the incremental amount owing. If you selected a smaller plan, your credit will be automatically applied when your next payment is due.
