Call Forwarding

With Call Forwarding, you can forward your mobile calls to another phone number, including another mobile phone or a landline phone, like your home or office number.

When Call Forwarding is turned on, your mobile phone may not ring when you receive a call. Once your criteria is met (always, busy, or no answer), the call will be sent to the phone number that’s receiving your forwarded calls. Call Forwarding is available to any active Pronto Mobile Member.

How to Enable and Disable Call Forwarding

Forward ALWAYS

Enable: Dial *72 + the 10-digit phone number you want calls sent to.
Disable: Dial *73 (you do not need to enter a phone number).

Forward when BUSY

Enable: Dial *90 + the 10-digit phone number you want calls sent to.
Disable: Dial *91 (you do not need to enter a phone number).

Forward when NO ANSWER

Enable: Dial *92 + the 10-digit phone number you want calls sent to.
Disable: Dial *93 (you do not need to enter a phone number).
