How do I add the Pronto Mobile app to my phone's tray or dock?

The dock (iPhone) or tray (Android) is the row of apps that stays fixed at the bottom of your screen — keeping Pronto just one tap away is a good idea since you'll use it regularly to monitor your connection and make calls.

iPhone

1. Find the Pronto Mobile app on your home screen.
2. Press and hold the app icon until the icons begin to jiggle.
3. Drag the Pronto icon down to the dock at the bottom of the screen. If the dock is full (iPhone allows up to 4 apps), simply drag an existing app out first to make room.
4. Press the side button or tap Done to finish.

Android

1. Find the Pronto Mobile app in your app drawer or on your home screen.
2. Press and hold the app icon.
3. Drag it to the tray at the bottom of the screen. If the tray is full, remove an existing app first by dragging it away.
4. Lift your finger to place it.
