Account access and security

Sign in to your Pronto Mobile account at: my.prontomobile.com/ using the same email provided at time of signup. 

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password feature. Contact help@prontomobile.com if you no longer have access to the email used at time of sign up.

Once signed in, select Account settings from the side navigation if you would like to:

  • update your name, company name, emails address, or non-Pronto phone number
  • change your my.prontomobile.com password or enable two-factor authentication for security purposes
