Pronto Mobile Early Access Offer Terms

What's Included and Who It Applies To

The Pronto Early Access Offer includes our launch Free Access Offers and Lifetime Service Offers. The offer is available to U.S. residents aged 18 and older with a compatible mobile phone. 

By registering, you join the Pronto Mobile Early Access waitlist and agree to receive emails from Pronto Mobile. You can unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so may prevent you from receiving this offer. 

There are two types of Early Access registrants: Founders and Builders.

• Founders: Individuals who registered for Pronto Mobile Early Access from the homepage of prontomobile.com.   
• Builders: Select individuals who registered as Pronto Mobile beta testers, using the link provided in an exclusive Builders email invitation (verifiable by Pronto by email). 

As detailed below, select Early Access Offer Terms vary by registrant type. 

Free Access Offers

Your Free Access Offer varies based on whether you are a Founder or Builder. 

• As a Founder, you’ll receive 15 days of no-charge, no obligation early access to try Pronto Mobile. Your trial begins when we email you an eSIM.
• As a Builder, you’ll receive and retain free access to our beta environment for as long as you continue to participate and share your feedback to our beta testing requests. We’ll email you each time there’s something to test, but this shouldn’t be more than two times per week, with each test taking just a couple of minutes to complete.  

For both Founders and Builders:  Number porting is available but not required. The timing of your free access will be determined by Pronto Mobile and granted in waves, based on when you registered. Your Early Access invitation will be sent by email and will include simple, self-serve activation steps and access to Pronto’s support team. 

Lifetime Service Offers

First 500 Offer: 

This offer entitles the first 500 eligible individuals who signed up for free Early Access (as a Founder) or for the free Builders Beta (as a Builder) to receive Lifetime Free Service on Pronto Mobile’s lowest-priced plan. At the time of activation, you may choose to pay the difference between plan list prices to upgrade to a larger plan.

Founders Lifetime Pricing Offer: 

Founders not eligible for the First 500 Offer are eligible for the Founders Lifetime Pricing Offer as published on the homepage of ProntoMobile.com (or at the time of your trial activation if not currently published). 

Builders Lifetime Pricing Offer

This offer is designed for Builders who wish to supplement their free beta environment access with access to our publicly available service. Builders not eligible for the First 500 Offer are eligible for the Builders Lifetime Pricing Offer, at prices published on the page linked to in their Builders invitation. 

Offer Redemption Requirements (All Offers):

To redeem the First 500 Offer, Founder Lifetime Pricing Offer, or Builders Lifetime Pricing Offer (all others), customers must:

1. Actively use their free 15-day Early Access trial or beta testing account. 
2. Complete the Early Access Feedback Survey (a 5-minute survey) sent to them by email 7 days before the required completion date, which is the last day of a Founders trial, and as communicated by email to Builders.
3. Sign up as a Pronto Mobile customer on or before the 15th day of your trial period, or before the deadline communicated in email to builders, with a valid credit card on file for any applicable charges, including taxes, fees, and non-plan services such as international calling or roaming.
   
   

Maintaining Eligibility (All Offers):

To maintain eligibility for the First 500 Offer, Founder Lifetime Pricing Offer, or Builders Lifetime Founders Pricing Offer (all others), customers must:

• Remain subscribed to Pronto Mobile every month. Or, in the case of First 500 customers, actively use their Pronto Mobile service every month. 
• Maintain a valid credit card on file and remain in good standing by making on-time payments for any applicable charges, including discounted plan costs, taxes, fees, and additional services such as international calling or roaming.
  
  

General Terms

The Pronto Early Access Offer is provided by Best Networks, Inc. for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Offers cannot be applied retroactively, combined with other promotions, or transferred. Additional charges, including those for international calling, roaming, taxes, and fees, are not included in the offer. Free Lifetime Service is subject to Pronto Mobile’s continued operation, standard fair use policies, and an active, uninterrupted monthly subscription in good standing. 

All other Pronto Mobile policies apply, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time without notice. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by the most current versions of these policies as published on prontomobile.com.
