And we're off — our first Pronto customers are on board!

This has been a big week for our small team. After more than a year of development, testing, late-night debugging, and more coffee than I care to admit, we officially launched the first multi-network mobile service that can automatically switch between the Big Three carriers. In the early days, more than a few people told us it couldn’t be done. Fortunately, stubborn optimism is a pretty common startup trait. We kept pushing, kept building, and ultimately proved—to ourselves as much as anyone else—that it was possible. Now it’s live in the market, finally giving customers a real solution to mobile's decades-long #1 frustration: staying reliably connected.

One of the most exciting parts of this journey has been the response leading up to launch. Over the past six months, over 18,000 people joined our waitlist, which gave our team an incredible amount of motivation (and a little healthy pressure) to get things right. Our first batch of invitations went out just over 15 days ago, kicking off a flurry of free trials—and this week we welcomed our very first Pronto customers! Seeing that kind of early enthusiasm reminded us that the problem we’re solving—helping people stay connected on the best network wherever they are—is something many people have been waiting for.

Like any new launch, there are a few bugs here and there (that’s part of the startup adventure), but we’re already in the most exciting phase: watching real people use the service. Seeing customers switch in real time to a better-performing network and experience stronger connectivity is exactly why we built this in the first place. Early adopters are now coming onboard through our launch offer, and every new user gives us more insight into how the service performs out in the wild.

What excites me most is that this is just the beginning. Our next step is making the platform even smarter—learning which networks perform best (and worst) in every nook and cranny: indoors, outdoors, rooftops, basements, and everywhere in between. The goal is simple: move customers to the best network before they even realize they need it. That’s the kind of innovation we think people on the move—especially those who rely on their phones to get work done—will truly appreciate.

A huge thank you as well to our early investors, who believed in our team and our mission from the beginning and gave us the support to turn a big idea into a real product. Building something new is never easy, but it’s a lot more fun with a great team and people who believe in what you’re trying to do.
